FIBA, the Financial Intermediary and Broker Association, has announced that its members can now gain access to InterBay Commercial’s full product proposition through the SimplyBiz Mortgage Club.
InterBay Commercial has been a specialist commercial mortgage lender since 2006, providing mortgages on UK commercial property to operators and investors. InterBay offers an innovative and flexible service as well as providing bespoke underwriting on every case.
In August 2012, InterBay was acquired by OneSavings Bank plc and enjoys the financial backing of a listed bank. InterBay Commercial employs in-house experts in commercial underwriting, real estate, loan operations, IT and finance to ensure that members enjoy a fast, efficient, and informed mortgage application experience.
There is a simple process of registering through the Broker Portal as a member of the SimplyBiz Mortgage Club. Once registration has taken place and members have been accepted, they can then start submitting applications to InterBay Commercial through this route.
According to FIBA executive chairman, Adam Tyler, this is another example of the unique benefits that membership of FIBA can bring its intermediary and broker members.
