A unique opportunity has arisen for an ambitious banker and/or commercial finance professional to join the sales team of a major European Bank’s ABL team in the North West of England.
You will be responsible for increasing the company profile in the asset-based lending arena through the development of a professional introducer base in the region to secure profitable and sustainable business in the mid to larger deal sector.
You will work closely with the existing sales team and play a major role in deal structuring, due diligence and deal submission to Credit Committee to ensure successful new business acquisition.
The successful candidate will be able to display a successful track record in asset-based lending and or any other areas of banking and/or commercial finance such as receivables finance, corporate finance etc. Although sales experience is preferred applications will also be welcomed from those operating within other areas such as portfolio management, risk management and/or underwriting.
You will have detailed knowledge of interpreting and analysing financial accounts and have the ability to negotiate with decision makers at all levels. In addition you must have exceptional communication skills and a high level of motivation for success.
