Basic to £60,000 + uncapped commission and excellent benefits package.

Job description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a leading independent provider of specialist business funding solutions within their growing sales team in the North West.

Your role will be to proactively source new business from a network of finance Brokers, building and developing strong working relationships whilst promoting the services of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new profitable relationships with Brokers across the region. 
  • Support internal Marketing and Business Development campaigns.
  • Assist in the organisation and delivery of seminars and events. 
  • Produce regular activity reports to be presented to the Sales Director. 
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set.
Essential skills:
Key requirements:

  • Previous sales and business development experience is essential. 
  • Demonstrable track record of building and managing a relevant broker network in the North West.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships. 
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Enthusiasm, ambition and drive.
