Our client, a rapidly growing provider of funding solutions to businesses requires an experienced portfolio manager to join their team in Yorkshire.
Based from the head office in Leeds, your primary responsibility will be the proactive management of a portfolio of clients with secured loans backed against a variety of business assets.
You will be tasked with effectively managing risk, ensuring profitability and maximising revenue.
Key requirements include:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a high level of professional conduct with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Be risk aware and have the ability to effectively balance risk across the portfolio.
• Be able to review, analyse and interpret financial accounts.
Ideally applicants will have experience of property finance, asset-based lending and/or invoice finance and be able to display a track record of relationship management and/or deal structuring in either this or a related field within banking and/or commercial lending.
