Salary:
£60-80k plus car and benefits

Our client in a major player in the provision of receivables finance and asset-based lending.

The role of client director is to manage a client portfolio in order to maintain existing and generate new income for the business.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Act as the face of the company, establishing new client relationships and strengthening existing ones
  • Communicate new products and propositions to clients
  • Identify potential opportunities in the local market and escalate these where appropriate to cater for client demand
  • Deliver customer base growth, achieve growth targets and maximise the financial contribution
  • Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Trade experience and sales solutions is desirable but not essential
  • A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to customers
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
  • Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same 
  • Experience of successfully structuring complex business lending deals, accounting for the associated risks and regulations   
  • A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own, or others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes
  • Experience of building and managing complex relationships with significant customers
  • A track record of effectively handling complex sales, to meet the needs of demanding customers, in a fair and ethical way
