An excellent opportunity has
arisen for a Head of Client Services Centre within a leading independent
provider of specialist financial services, during an exciting period of growth.
The successful candidate
will lead and develop the operations team to ensure the effective leadership
and management of all operational procedures, including risk management.
- Lead, coach and mentor the
- Build the team through
recruitment and succession planning.
- Underwrite and fund business
in line with the internal risk framework, reporting any risks to the Group Risk
- Maintain and uphold the
highest standards of customer service.
- Implement and maintain
strong internal controls with group audit requirements.
- Complete and deliver reports
and budgets effectively and within agreed timescales.
- Implement, promote and
review local business plans through regular meetings and reporting.
- Establish and maintain
strong relationships, both internally and externally.
- Support the continued
training and development of the Client Servicing Centre team.
- Excellent Client Management
and customer service skills.
- Previous experience managing
a large team of circa 40-50 people.
- Excellent communication
skills and attention to detail.
- Good presentation skills.
- Previous experience working
within financial services would be desirable, however it is not essential.
