An exciting senior opportunity has arisen to join the expanding asset-based lending division of a global banking organisation in a head of head of relationship management position.
Reporting into the director of relationship & asset management and based from their flagship head office in the South East of England, you will head up the relationship management department which bears full and ultimate responsibility for the client portfolio and serves the small, medium and corporate client segments.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the medium relationship management department whose role is to maintain relationships in the 2m – 20m segment by advising and selling commercial finance products and services to clients, with a view to realising long term profitability and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be ideally be able to display a record of high academic achievement, in addition to at least five years senior managerial experience within a banking and/or financial institution. You will also be able to display an extensive working knowledge of asset-based lending products, processes and systems.
