Our Client is a quickly growing provider of Corporate Recovery, Insolvency and Restructuring, providing businesses with strategic advice and innovative turnaround solutions.
They require an Insolvency Support Administrator to join their team in Manchester to manage a varied and growing portfolio of Commercial insolvencies, liquidations and administrations. Working alongside the Insolvency Practitioners the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent organisation skills, good business acumen and strong report writing skills.
You may also be required to go out and meet with clients in person so the successful candidate must be personable, knowledgeable and have their own transport.
Role & Description
Commercial debt collection
Sales ledger assessment & valuation
Information gathering & report writing
Strategic advice pre and post insolvency
Engagement with clients
Supervision of insolvency collection cases, support to collection team on strategy
Upskilling of knowledge in business on escalation beyond pre-legal
Ensuring exceptional service delivery
Supporting other members or divisions of the team or business where required
Involvement in developing workflows for new system that will streamline and enhance the service we deliver to clients
Identify areas for process improvement, service enhancement or income benefit
Attention to detail
Maintain service delivery on multiple matters
Forecasting cash outcomes
