Basic salaries £80k to £130k for exceptional candidates
Our client is one of the new “Challenger Banks” being established to make a real difference for UK SME’s that have trade, working capital and Receivables financing requirements.
This will be a “Relationship” Bank delivering products to SME’s by subject matter experts that will take the time and trouble to understand their potential clients needs and then deliver fast, flexible and innovative solutions that genuinely fit client’s needs. They have already assembled a highly experienced senior leadership team with significant trade finance and working capital experience which will clearly strengthen their go to market capability.
We need to recruit individuals that have a desire to originate new transactions in the SME space. Therefore, we need individuals with a strong KBI network and a detailed knowledge of the trade and working capital product set. This means that our target audience could already be operating in this space with a bank or independent lender or a coverage banker with an excellent knowledge of the product set and experience of servicing clients that trade Internationally.
