Job Vacancy: New Business Originator - Asset-Based Lending - Guildford - M2 Recruitment

Our client, one of the fastest growing providers of business finance in the UK, requires a highly driven sales professional to join their team in Guildford.
You will be responsible for prospecting new business via direct sales channels including outbound calling, marketing and effective use of the internal CRM system.
• Performing client engagement calls to circa 300-500 new/existing customers per week.
• Working as part of a team to set agreed deadlines and targets.
• Fully utilising Salesforce CRM and working within the set parameters and targets.
• Gain an extensive understanding of the company’s product suite.
• Booking appointments for Sales team.
• Identifying appropriate cross selling opportunities.
• As part of your ongoing development you may be required to undertake training in order to meet the requirements of your role.
• Experience within lead generation and direct sales
• Able to proficiently use Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Salesforce CRM preferred but not essential.
• Proven ability of establishing strong, effective working relationships at all levels.
• Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think logically in challenging and diverse situations.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight regulatory and internal deadlines
