An excellent opportunity has
arisen for a head of client services centre within a leading independent
provider of specialist financial services, during an exciting period of growth.
The successful candidate
will lead and develop the operations team to ensure the effective leadership
and management of all operational procedures, including risk management.
- Ensure the smooth running of
the business centre on a day to day basis.
- Lead, coach, mentor and
inspire the relationship managers and relationship executive.
- Work with the local sales
and client service teams to drive a deal doing culture for the business.
- Maximise new business
opportunities and promote the brand throughout the region.
- Support the sales teams by
providing technical support to structure the deals.
- Proactively oversee the
management of client relationships with a view to prolonging the client life
through excellent risk management and service delivery.
- Excellent client management
and customer service skills.
- Previous experience managing
- Excellent communication
skills and attention to detail.
- Good presentation skills.
- Previous experience working
within invoice finance would be desirable, however it is not essential.
