We are currently recruiting for a market leading asset finance and leasing provider who are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager.
You will be tasked with increasing leasing revenues from new and existing IT, photocopier, telecom and other types of equipment resellers in your sales region ensuring a defined number of meetings per quarter with both new and existing resellers. The role will require significant travel throughout your designated territory.
You will also work with branch administration colleagues to ensure leasing agreements are processed when required, but particularly at peak times during month and quarter end.
Whilst attending and completing company training courses to enhance understanding of the leasing industry, products and sales and other skills required for your role.
• Leasing industry experience is not essential, however, to have completed a number of successful years in a Direct or Indirect Sales role is preferable
• An enthusiasm and desire to consistently achieve sales targets
• An ability to work unsupervised and to set personal objectives
• To be able work in a small team environment
• Competence using Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Use of bespoke software and full training on this will be given.
• Eager to learn and have a basic understanding of financial analysis and credit
