The key focus of the business is to generate long term, sustainable relationships and therefore a highly consultative, relationship driven and considered approach is absolutely imperative.
Business leads are generated via the development of working relationships with professional introducers and end users across a broad spectrum of vertical markets.
The successful candidate must have a dynamic, tenacious and pro-active approach with a proven track record in business to business sales over a consistent period.
Preference will be given to those candidates already sourcing related business through an established network of intermediary sources, including accountants, solicitors, brokers, insolvency practitioners and corporate finance boutiques.
Candidates will ideally come from a competitor invoice finance provider although consideration will be given to high performing individuals from other commercial finance backgrounds.
The client has an extremely strong appetite for new business particularly in the small to medium sized sector and is therefore looking for the best people in the industry to help further growth.
