Our client, one of the UK's leading independent providers of financial services to businesses, requires a robust, dynamic and driven relationship manager to join their growing operations team in the South of England.
The role is predominately field based and will include travel in and around the South and South East of England. It will also involve regular trips to the company’s Oxfordshire headquarters.
Your role will be to effectively manage a portfolio of internationally trading businesses and their specialist finance arrangements to effectively manage risk, ensure profitability and maximise revenue.
• To monitor client’s financial performance identifying opportunities and risk.
• Develop and maintain your own network of business connections in the local area.
• Close liaison with relationship executives and credit control team leaders to ensure excellent standards of customer service are implemented and maintained internally and externally.
Deliver exceptional customer service through client liaison, both face to face and via the telephone.
Operational experience within trade finance, factoring, invoice discounting or any other area of commercial finance/lending is essential with a detailed understanding of financial accounting, business finance & risk management also preferable.
