Job Vacancy: Residential Mortgages Business Development Manager – CRS


Our client, a UK independent bank, is looking to expand their residential mortgages team. Working within their Residential mortgage finance team, they require a Business Development Manager who has an excellent broker network across the South East Coastline.


Kent/East Sussex/West Sussex/Surrey

The core purpose of the role is as follows;

  • To become an industry specialist and Residential Mortgage Financing relationship contact point across the industry
  • Delivering sophisticated Residential Mortgages finance to this customer base (landlords and buy to let mortgages), adding value in all interactions
  • To maximise the Bank’s earnings through the sale of Residential Mortgage Financing and by gaining new to bank business

Ideally you will already be working within Business Development and Residential mortgages for a bank or other financial institution within the UK. Other key skills include;

  • Track record of hitting targets
  • Well networked across patch of interest
  • Ability to travel across UK
  • Excellent customer service skills

You will be rewarded with an excellent base salary, paying up to £55,000 plus car and an excellent banking package and bonus structure. Additionally you will be offered great flexibility and autonomy in your role as you will be working from home and managing your own diary.
