Our client is the commercial finance subsidiary of a niche banking group and specialises in the provision of commercial finance.
Due to expansion they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced office based Telesales Manager to pro-actively manage the Commercial Finance database of customers and prospects across the whole business. The primary focus being new business development within the construction and agriculture related sectors through a structured programme of tele-marketing in conjunction with field based colleagues and central marketing support.
The successful candidate will:
•Promote the services to existing customers, new prospects, manufacturers and dealers within the sectors operated in.
•Ensure that an appropriate calling plan is in place for existing customer base.
•Build and maintain, (working with field based colleagues) a prospect database that supports the business.
•Where appropriate (dependent on experience) negotiate commercially acceptable transactions with customer key decision makers. Obtain financial and non-financial information to complete credit applications for sanctioning within the credit process.
•Manage personal activity and pipeline to ensure personal targets are achieved. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of activity and results using CRM and other systems as required and advised from time to time.
•Work with the Sales Director, Regional Sales Directors and Central Marketing function to build and support external marketing campaigns, e shots etc
You will have a strong track record in successful telesales within a highly targeted sales led environment.
