Yorkshire based, Mynt Recruitment, has agreed a £825k invoice finance funding package with Aldermore to manage a rapidly increasing sales ledger and see the business through its next stage of growth.
An acronym for “Meeting Your Needs Today”, Mynt was founded in December 2004 as part of a national recruitment franchise. It became independent in 2009 and now has 15 office-based employees working across three branches, in York, Hull and Rotherham, allowing it to offer its services to the whole of Yorkshire.
Focusing on the supply of up to 300 temporary workers in engineering, production, manufacturing, logistics, commercial, and sales roles at any one time, Mynt required additional funding to support rising demand.
