Our client, a highly successful financial services provider requires a Regional Broker manager to join their team to cover the Midlands.
As Broker Development Manager, you will be primarily tasked with raising the profile of the business in your designated territory by identifying and developing profitable relationships in the business community with a network of Finance Brokers. You will utilise the extensive existing database of potential introducers and initiate Broker visits to showcase the businesses Asset Finance lending appetite.
Achieve Business objectives around new business levels, yield and term etc.
Develop account management plans for each broker to maximise our share of wallet
Complete internal sales activities
Attend events to build relationships with Brokers
Advanced knowledge of business financials/underwriting to assist with deals
Work with internal teams to ensure brokers process deals with us efficiently and effectively
Sound awareness of the sales-aid vendor and broker marketplace
Be able to determine rate and product proposals with brokers and ensure both parties remain satisfied with outcome
Create and deliver presentations to brokers on a range of subjects and in doing so convince a broker of a particular course of action
Ability to analyse and comment on an inbound broker proposal for finance
