Job description: |
Based in Basingstoke to lead, coach and develop a team of
managers to deliver world-class customer relationship
management to a diverse, demanding and complex range of
commercial customers.
Principal skills
• Balance innovation with an appreciation of organisational
parameters
• Proactive in driving forward change initiatives
• Effectively balance internal organisational demands with
external customer demands
• Effectively identify trends and accurately analyse data to
review performance and set targets
• Create a culture that empowers staff to learn for
themselves and provides appropriate coaching to help them
achieve goals
• Monitor and ensure the delivery of fair, needs focused,
informative and suitable advice that meets customer
expectations. |

Essential skills: |
Suitable applicants will have
managerial experience within commercial/corporate banking
and will be confident, outgoing and well-organised. You will
be a clear communicator, able to encourage commercial
managers to achieve targets and build good relationships
with branches, staff and external professionals, whilst
maintaining focus on customer service and compliance. You
will also possess strong influencing and negotiation skills. |
