Job description:

Based in Yorkshire. To develop company strategy and ensure all policy decisions are implemented. To represent the interests of the company internally and externally. To lead and develop the operations team to ensure effective management of all operational procedures including risk management and profitability. To implement and maintain excellent standards of customer service.

Essential skills:

Suitable applicants will have management experience within the invoice finance industry or be able to demonstrate management ability. Will have a background in operations risk and/or client management. Will have excellent communication skills, efficient planning and time management and be able to demonstrate innovation and creativity.
