Job description:

An opportunity to join a specialist property finance team within a successful bank. The role involves managing a portfolio of property customers, ensuring that the bank is their first choice for financial needs, providing a strong competitive edge. The role also involves retaining and growing customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service, building referral sources and managing portfolio risk.

Essential skills:

You will have experience gained within the property finance sector, demonstrate the ability to consistently gain new banking relationships, have strong credit skills and the ability to use business judgement to apply guidelines appropriately as well as to build positive working relationships.
