Job description: |
Based in Chelmsford, this is an
excellent opportunity to work within a leading bank. The
role involves managing and developing a portfolio of around
150 commercial relationships, conducting thorough risk
assessments and accurately analysing trends, financial data,
market information and company status to make informed
decisions regarding credit. The role also involves
researching and contacting prospective customers, planning
and prioritising time, ensuring that work is actioned within
compliance regulations and building good working
relationships with customers. |

Essential skills: |
Candidates must have successful
business or commercial banking relationship management
experience, a solution-based sales background plus an
ability to analyse and interpret financial information.
Strong time management, an ability to communicate with a
diverse range of customers and flexibility are also required
for this role. You will be driven to exceed goals and
customer expectations, be calm and relaxed under pressure
and outgoing in influencing and negotiating with a diverse
range of colleagues and customers. |
