Specification: |
This role, based within a
dynamic business recovery and insolvency firm, will involve
running your own portfolio of cases which will mainly be
personal assignments, but with some exposure to corporate.
Duties include: meeting statutory requirements,
corresponding with creditors, debtors, directors, solicitors
and other professionals as well as involvement in the
investigation into the conduct of directors and the reasons
for failure. |
