high-profile and dynamic independent insolvency firm,
dedicated to providing all aspects of insolvency services
and advice to corporate customers. Operating from the
central London office the role involves drafting
documentation for IPs and generally attending to compliance,
drafting reports and statements of affairs, handling client
liaison and assisting with taking initial instruction,
preparing returns and investigation reports and liaising
directly with directors and debtors. The varied portfolio
means you will be dealing with trading and pre-pack
administrations, creditors' and members' voluntary
liquidations across a variety of industries and sectors. |
