Specification:

Office-based in Oxfordshire. Working closely with and providing support to the client/operations manager you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of invoice finance clients, monitoring their day-to-day requirements, developing strong working relationships and ensuring the balance of customer service and income generation is maintained at all times. You will also have responsibility for managing a small team of credit controllers.

Essential skills:

Suitable applicants will have a background in factoring/invoice finance in a customer service/operations environments; will be numerate and analytical and have an outgoing personality able to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
