Specification: |
A rare and truly exciting
opportunity for a highly driven individual to take a lead
role (MD/SD position) in an established invoice finance/ABL
sector brokerage. Reporting to and working closely with the
main group board you will develop and implement a business
strategy to drive the brand forward and build on the current
structure (an established panel of lenders and
Internet/Website already in place). You will have the
ability to work autonomously to grow the business with
minimal assistance initially. New developments such as an
in-house telemarketing team are currently being considered
and the appointed individual will evaluate and drive such
initiatives to take the business to the next level.
Flexible location but ideally
you will be southern based i.e. south of Midlands to south
coast – east to west. |

Essential skills: |
A self motivated and
entrepreneurial individual who can work autonomously with
drive and passion – you will either already be in a broking
role and seeking to manage your own business/expand your
product range – or have a current and proven sales
track-record within the invoice finance/ABL sector and be
ready to take this challenging step into managing a
business. Either way you will have an extensive
network/introducer base and will probably already be
well-known in the sector. Must be able to demonstrate high
level integrity and work ethically to match good business
with the right funders.
