£30k to c£45k plus OTE – £15k to £50k depending on results plus benefits package

Specification:

This is a rare opportunity for candidates looking to join a winning team within the invoice finance sector or for an experienced factoring and ID BDM to join a busy and successful invoice finance company which is currently thriving and growing despite the difficult economic conditions. Now looking to increase their business development team, they are seeking a BDM to generate business through external introducers; to follow up new leads, assessing the viability of SMEs for an invoice finance service and selling the benefits and USPs of this specialist funder. Those candidates who emanate from a non-IF background will be given full training and time to develop their skills and experience.

Essential skills:

You will have successful B2B sales experience gained either within invoice finance or an allied commercial finance sector such as commercial banking. With a stable career history, you will possess sound financial analysis and accounts interpretation skills as well as proven sales skills. A local network of business contacts such as accountants, solicitors and brokers is essential. Most importantly, you will be a 'people' person – able to demonstrate empathy to both prospective clients and introducers.
