Specification: |
A dynamic and robust finance
organisation with a solid track record of achievement
through the recession, is now seeking to expand its
commercial finance property team in the east Anglia region.
Responsible for commercial property finance – with a small
degree of residential – you will be working with businesses
turning over in excess of £25m. The role involves generating
and managing clients within this market, including
undertaking in-depth credit assessment and writing cohesive
and detailed submissions for credit underwriters and
carrying out ongoing risk management. |

Essential skills: |
If this role appeals to you, to
apply you will need extensive experience in the commercial
property finance sector in the northern east
Anglia/Northampton region, a strong 'presence' in that area
with a wide circle of business contacts and introducers; you
will possess a first-class knowledge of commercial property
lending criteria, legal aspects and associated
documentation. You will also have a proven track record of
successful business development.
