Specification: |
This is a great opportunity for
a proven finance sales professional seeking entry to the
invoice finance sector. Initially your role will be
shadowing an experienced business development manager,
familiarising yourself with the products, developing your
introducer base and getting to know the business community
in your region. For the first six months the role will be
un-targeted with no car and bonus. Thereafter the base
salary will be reviewed and you will be put on a full
target-related package including car allowance OTE and
benefits.
The role will be to acquire new invoice finance business by
building and developing relationships with business
introducers such as accountants, solicitors, brokers etc. to
generate new business leads in the SME sector throughout
east and north London. You will assess potential customers
for their suitability for an invoice finance facility and
visit prospective clients with the aim of learning more
about the business (it's products, management and financial
position) in order to sell the benefits of the most
appropriate funding product. Prepare and submit
recommendations to credits committee and ensure a smooth
take-on of the new client. |

Essential skills: |
Applicants will have a proven
track record of B2B finance sales from sectors such as
leasing or business banking or similar commercial finance
sectors. Alternatively, those with invoice finance
experience in another discipline seeking to enter the sales
arena to progress their careers would also be of interest.
The ability to build productive relationships at all levels
with a wide range of business introducers is essential.
