Specification: |
Our client an asset finance brokerage who are part of a
larger group are looking to expand its team in the
Gloucestershire office. Your role will be to provide support
to the vehicle, asset and IT teams in terms of
administration, computer
activities and sales support.
Key tasks include:
- Provide support to the sales team in terms of diary
management, administrative support and invoicing procedures.
- Receive leads (by telephone or written) from introducers
and clients and pass to colleagues.
- Raise legal documents for finance transactions.
- Chase finance companies and suppliers as transactions
progress to ensure smooth process and deal with any
issues/problems pre-empting where ever possible.
- Weekly/ monthly reporting to the team as and when required
ensuring the information recorded is accurate.
- Prepare invoices and assisting the commercial manager with
debtor control and collection.
- Cross-sell additional group products to clients whenever
the opportunity arises. |

Essential skills: |
Ideally you will have some
experience of working within the asset finance sector,
however those who have worked in a B2B financial
organisation may also be considered together with good IT
skills and good organisation and communication skills, both
written and verbal.
