Specification: |
This high profile role has just
arisen for an asset manager with experience gained within
the leasing sector. You will be responsible for handling
both the front end RV process and all end of term processes,
including balloon/residual risks and evergreen rentals. A
new role, you will also be responsible for building a small
team as the business grows, putting in place rigorous
policies and procedures and KPIs. Full job description

Essential skills: |
To qualify for this role, you
will need a strong background in asset finance –
specifically in asset management. A strong understanding of
process improvement and project improvement methodologies is
highly desirable. You will be able to work independently as
well as with multiple stakeholders as there will be
considerable interaction overall.
