The successful candidate will be rewarded with a market leading basic salary c. £60k plus car / allowance and outstanding bank benefits package including profit share, pension and bonus.

Job description:

You will be tasked with the day-to-day responsibility of managing a team of business development managers and their assistants who each target new business from corporations which turnover typically between £1m to £25m per annum.

You will lead, inspire and develop your team, in addition to working to achieve the team's targets and objectives in line with the bank's criteria for growth.

Essential skills:

The successful candidate must be able to display a successful track record in either banking and finance operations and/or sales. Invoice finance and team management experience are ideally required but not essential and therefore applications will be welcomed from not only talented individuals currently working within invoice finance but also related industries such as business/commercial banking, asset-based lending, corporate finance and accountancy.
