Job description:

A rare opportunity to join a leading bank owned factor in a sales management position.
You will be tasked with the day to day responsibility of managing a team of business development managers and their assistants who each target new business from corporations typically those which turnover between £1m to £25m per annum.
Business will be sourced from a range of external intermediaries, direct marketing campaigns and new to bank acquisitions.
You will lead, inspire and develop your team, in addition to working to achieve the team's targets and objectives in line.

Essential skills:

The successful candidate must be able to display a successful track record in either banking and finance operations and/or sales.
Invoice finance and team management experience are ideally required but not essential and therefore applications will be welcomed from not only those individuals currently working within Invoice Finance but also related industries such as business/commercial banking, asset-based lending, corporate finance and accountancy.
