Job description: |
Our client is a prestigious organisation and a leading
provider of factoring, invoice discounting and asset-based
lending to a variety of business clients from partnerships
to plc’s. Due to a fantastic portfolio of products and their
continued success they seek an auditor and surveyor to join
them in the south east.
The role is responsible for conducting full business
audits and performing due diligence on new and existing
clients to assess the financial security and identify
potential areas of risk. Audits are conducted at the
clients’ premises (throughout the south east) and involve
full analysis of management accounts and business systems.
All clients have borrowing facilities that include
factoring, invoice discounting or asset-based lending and
can be multi-currency and/or multi-national. |

Essential skills: |
Previous experience in an audit role is essential as is a
working knowledge of invoice and/or structured finance. A
strong understanding of accounting and financial analysis is
essential; experience of ABL /asset-based lending would be
an advantage but is not a prerequisite. ACCA / ACA or part
qualified accountants are desirable.
