Use and Disclosure of Information The data and information you submit to us may be used for the administration and operation of this Site and services and products offered through it, to assess the needs of the users of the Site, to select the Vendors who may be most appropriate to your stated circumstances, and to market our services on the Site and those of our Vendors, and for the purposes set out below, including registration, order processing, surveys, advertising, and compilation of industry statistics.

Sharing Information Since successful operation of the Site is based on sharing data and information with our Vendors and business partners, we may disclose your data or information to third parties participating in the Site such as advertisers or Vendors who have provided you with quotes in response to an RFQ or wish to provide you with information about their products and services. Profiling Demographic and profile data is also collected at the Site. We use this data to prepare broad aggregate information relevant to website participants, such as industry trends. Order Processing Financial information is used ONLY to help generate RFQs that enable Vendors to provide you with quotes and to process any orders you submit for goods and services. Financial data or information that is collected from you may also be used by us and our Vendors to check your qualifications/eligibility. It may be necessary for us or Vendors to further verify certain types of financial information with you before processing your RFQ or order. We will not share your financial information with any other parties unless they need to know the information to process your order or perform a service at your request. We will not, without permission, wilfully disclose a participant's financial data or information to any third party except as provided for in this Policy, or when we believe in good faith that it is required by law or regulation (including any relevant stock exchange rules).
