Hiver Beers is a growing, award winning niche brewery based near Tower Bridge in London. The team has a passion for traditional British craft beers and uses honey as a key ingredient, rather than an addition for flavouring. The business prides itself in sourcing raw honey from independent urban beekeepers and donates 10% of its profits to pollinator charities.
