£100m funds out is quite an achievement. What does this mean for the business and to your team?
Everyone loves a milestone, but we particularly enjoyed this as a symbol of everything we have achieved since starting at ground zero seven years ago.
It’s not just the funds out; it’s a reflection of the support we’ve had from our funders and partners over the years, and the hard work of the team from both a sales and an operating perspective. It’s all very well putting the business on but maintaining it, while avoiding defaults, is another matter. We’ve managed this growth without diluting the original capital investment.
