Business Development Manager – Cheshire
This is a unique and exciting opportunity within new start-up company with backing from an existing established business. The office based within our Cheshire head office, with the ability to work from home.
The business and technology have been in development for the past 6 months and key stakeholders have been engaged to support the launch of a new software platform in Q2 2021. Working within the professional services sector of accountancy, legal services, insolvency, and banking & finance (affiliates) the company has identified an opportunity to assist directors of SME’s seeking out professional services via its own platform.
Once launched, the business will drive verified lead enquiries into service providers in the areas above, who will make up our panel. Over time our relationships will strengthen, and we will look to bring on more providers. The products and services will expand over time as we expect rapid growth once launched, but initial will be focused on those listed above. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a company from the start that has huge ambitions to change the current marketplace of how professional services are provided.
Key role responsibilities. • Manage/develop the affiliated partners • Sign and recruit new affiliate providers across all sectors • Promote and network the company’s platform to new prospective affiliated partners • Assist with the marketing strategy and roll out of the platform Benefits. • Base salary negotiable depending on level of experience • Generous commission structure • Pension scheme • Car Allowance • Expense account.
You will be ambitious, highly motivated, charismatic, excellent communicator with the ability to network and a hunger to succeed. Experience and contacts in the above sectors are preferable but not essential. You must be able to hit the ground running and therefore business development experience is required.
Basic Salary £40,000 – £50,000 p/a dependent on experience / generous commission structure / car allowance / mobile phone / laptop / pension + other benefits (OTE £75,000 p/a).
