First Leasing Foundation Innovation Initiative
The Innovation Initiative from the Leasing Foundation would like to announce that it has four more events planned in 2020, all with a broad focus on the rise of the customer and employee experience being of key importance to business growth.
The first breakfast debate will be on 10 March at Lombard (250 Bishopsgate, London, England, EC2M 4AA) and will look at how customers now expect the unexpected:
- Taking the customer experience from reactive to proactive
- Understanding what customers could want, before they do themselves
- Value-added propositions that lead to customer retention
