Group Customer Onboarding Manager- fintech
London/ Cardiff/ Remote
Our client, a market leading UK fintech requires a robust, enthusiastic and charismatic Group Customer Onboarding Manager to join their expanding team.
The company provide specialist invoice finance facilities to businesses who operate in the contract recruitment sector allowing them access to working capital that would be tied up in the outstanding invoices of their contract staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct the onboarding team to proactively guide customers through the onboarding process, with accountability for creating an exceptional customer experience throughout the cycle.
- Provide subject matter expertise and administer the UK Finance transfer process whilst working closely across multiple functions within the business.
- Hold an expert-level understanding and be able to demonstrate all products and platforms to prospective and existing customers.
- Be creative with problem-solving and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate risks and always ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Train, lead, and develop team members enabling them to offer their best potential.
The successful candidate will have experience in an onboarding role or onboarding management role, with an understanding of the process and/or end-to-end customer onboarding journey, within an invoice finance environment, financial services, or a related fintech environment.
You will thrive in taking ownership, as well as demonstrate outstanding customer service skills with a natural flare for building rapport and developing relationships.
