In exactly four weeks from today, WOA’s first community convention will kick off in Antwerp

In exactly four weeks from today, WOA’s first community convention will kick off in Antwerp, Belgium with a sparkling ice-breaking reception in “The Pelgrom” from 18h30 till 20h30: a medieval candle-lit beer cellar just three minutes walking distance from the Hilton conference hotel. You can try a variety of Belgian beers and taste some Belgian delicacies while you catch up with old friends and make new business contacts. After the reception, you will have the rest of the evening free to explore the attractions of the lively and cosmopolitan city of Antwerp. We will make sure that you can pick up your conference badge at the reception in the Pelgrom, Pelgrimstraat 15 as from 18h30.

On Tuesday, our welcome desk opens with coffee from 8h30 in Hilton Hotel, Old Town Antwerp. The conference starts at 9h00.

Don’t forget to book your hotel accommodation; we have obtained a special rate, breakfast buffet and wi-fi included at the Hilton Hotel at 184,00 € per night.
