NDGIT opens new office in London as part of international expansion
German-based fintech company, NDGIT, today announces the opening of a new London office as it rolls out its API platform for banks and insurance organisations in the UK. The investment reflects the rapid international expansion of the company which now counts 30 banks in 10 European countries among its customers. NDGIT’s UK team will be based at Level 39, Canary Wharf. A unique accelerator space within one of the capital’s most vibrant and connected technical communities, this is strategically located close to the headquarters of many of Britain’s financial institutions.
Oliver Dlugosch, CEO of NDGIT says, “We are delighted to strengthen our international presence and to be able to support UK customers with a dedicated team, focused on delivering API solutions for their local and international markets. As a pioneer of Open Banking, the UK represents an important growth market for our innovative solutions. We look forward to helping institutions here accelerate their compliance strategies and exploit the myriad of new opportunities available to them as they open up to third parties and the wider financial service ecosystem.”
NDGIT, who recently opened offices in Zurich, Switzerland, has also been selected from hundreds of applicants to participate in FinovateEurope, which takes place from 12.-14. February in London. On 13 February, CEO Oliver Dlugosch will present the company’s latest products under the title “PSD2-enabled Digital Loan Application powered by the NDGIT API Platform”. NDGIT will also be exhibiting at the event.
As of now, NDGIT is also a member of the Innovate Finance network, an independent association representing over 250 members, including RBS, UBS, Goldman Sachs, PayPal and the Financial Conduct Authority. It brings together key players in the global financial community to promote and develop innovations and trends in the area of financial services.
Dlugosch comments, “It’s exciting to see such emphasis on banking growth and collaboration in the UK. By working together and networking with the most forward-looking players in our industry, we are convinced that NDGIT can not only help drive Open Banking in the UK but also be actively involved in shaping it.”
