Nucleus have launched a new product for start-ups
At Nucleus we know that finding funding for very young companies can be a huge challenge. Start-up companies cannot prove enough of a track record to qualify for most loan products and need to reinvest any capital they do have into getting their business off the ground.
To solve this problem, we have created Start-Up Finance, a secured interest only business loan, for up to five years.
– Borrow £25k to £20m against property
– Can exit and refinance at end of term or migrate to a term loan with Nucleus
– Interest only loans now up to five years
