One Stop Business Finance extends funding with a £3m revolving credit facility provided by Shawbrook
Shawbrook Bank has provided East Yorkshire based company, One Stop Business Finance Limited (OSBF) with a £3m funding facility to help grow their SME offering.
One Stop Business Finance supports small businesses with a comprehensive range of lending products and very high levels of service, plugging the gap where high street banks can’t always help. OSBF provides short term (up to 24 month) finance solutions and assists businesses with a range of needs from growth to exit and everything in between.
By providing a client manager to work with their clients’ management teams, OSBF can help identify the specific needs of a business before matching them with the right product and provider – whether that’s from their own funds or from one of over 100 specialist lenders.
As a specialist SME lender itself, Shawbrook Bank provides funding direct to clients and through a growing number of other specialist non-bank funders through a range of products including structured finance and block discounting facilities. Here, the £3m revolving loan facility from Shawbrook bolsters OSBF’s funding capabilities for regional businesses, helping more SMEs secure the finance they need to grow.
Andrew Mackenzie, managing director at OSBF, says:
“We are regularly reminded of the challenges SMEs experience when looking to secure additional funding and our aim is to provide the right product. The team at Shawbrook understand the complexities of our business model and, recognising the need for flexibility, quickly presented a solution that allows us to accelerate our growth strategy.”
Paul Tagg, senior director, Structured Finance at Shawbrook Bank, says:
“Working with One Stop Business Finance Limited is a natural fit for Shawbrook as we have solid experience in providing resources for other funders and of the SME sector itself.
Andrew and his team are equally passionate about helping businesses find the right funding, which is why we’re pleased to be working with them. We look forward to building on this relationship and supporting the growth of SMEs in Yorkshire, the North East and across the country.”
Mark Heyes, relationship director, North East Regional Business Centre, says:
“Having a regional team based in Yorkshire, we’ve been able to work face to face with the team at OSBF whilst drawing on the specialist expertise we have in the structured finance business here at Shawbrook.”
