RSM UK announces 25 director promotions as drive for organic growth continues
Leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM UK has announced 25 new promotions to director. The move highlights the firm’s continued investment into the growth and development of talent from within its own ranks.
The promotions extend across several key teams, with consulting taking the lions share (11), followed by tax (7), audit (5) and national support functions (2). The newly promoted directors span the firm’s network of 31 offices, from Bristol all the way to Edinburgh. Hundreds more staff have been promoted as RSM aims to become a first-choice employer of highly skilled people, and a leading adviser to middle market firms globally.
Rob Donaldson, CEO at RSM UK, comments: “We’re delighted to announce another fantastic group of newly promoted directors as part of our continued drive to invest in our people. At a time of economic uncertainty and pressure, this makes it even more rewarding to be able to promote these individuals, who have achieved this through their hard work and dedication.
‘As a firm, we prioritise investing in and supporting our people for tomorrow’s needs, so they are equipped with future skills to allow them to thrive. This is key in enabling us to attract and retain the very best talent. Our people are what makes us stand out from the rest. Having the right people onboard means we can deliver a premium culture that is responsive to the everchanging needs of our middle market clients.
‘On top of our latest cohort of directors, hundreds more have progressed their careers at RSM in recent weeks and we’ve been able to maintain a strong promotion rate. We have also supported 1,475 people studying for professional qualifications this year, a 29% uplift on the previous year – an area we continue to strongly invest in. It’s great to see each and every individual grow and progress at RSM. I look forward to seeing our newly promoted colleagues embark on this next step in their careers, and the significant impact they will make in their new roles.”
