Santander Consumer Finance supports dealers with customer communications
Santander Consumer Finance has launched a series of free videos to support dealers in enhancing customer understanding of the range of available car finance options.
The videos are available to be hosted on dealer partners’ websites and will be accessible to anyone looking for more information on motor finance and the different options available.
Using clear illustrations and audio description, the videos support dealers in explaining the distinctive features of each type of finance and what they mean in terms of ownership and repayment obligations.
The UK’s leading independent automotive finance company is launching the videos as part of an investment programme aimed at helping dealer partners to enhance customer communications.
The videos build on the launch of Customers for Life which is supporting dealers in expanding their businesses by significantly growing customer retention rates with an enhanced lead management system and training for sales staff and senior management.
Its independent research among car buyers* shows two thirds (67%) want better explanation of car finance options. That is reflected by independent research among dealers showing that 58% believe helping customers understand motor finance options is fundamental to the long-term success of their dealership.
