Touch Financial Support has appointed a new head of digital to underpin its ambitious growth plans with strong digital marketing capabilities.
Richard Leader, who joins from Funding Options will report to Touch Financial’s chief operating officer Annabel Ah-Lim. With 20 years' experience in digital transformation and digital marketing, Richard has seen and driven change at all levels. As well as working with the business finance marketplace, Funding Options, where Richard built the marketing function and managed a recent rebrand, he has also worked with CMC Markets and TalkTalk, as well as providing digital consultancy and education, and advising government departments on digital strategy.
Annabel says they’re really excited to welcome Richard to Touch Financial: “Having built the UK’s most successful invoice finance brokerage, we are now extending our offering into other areas of business finance. We have successfully built a team of expert consultants to help our clients source business loans and other alternative finance products, and now Richard brings additional digital expertise with strong product and market knowledge to support further growth.”
Richard will be focusing on ramping up Touch Financial’s marketing capabilities to support the business’s plans by implementing a digital strategy to make greater operational efficiencies, improve customer service and offer a more diverse product range.
