Arbuthnot Latham strengthens Real Estate Finance team with five new appointments
Arbuthnot Latham, the private and commercial bank, is pleased to announce the expansion of its Real Estate Finance (‘REF’) team, with three new hires and two internal promotions – a further demonstration of the business’s continued growth and progression.
This strengthens the team’s capacity to deliver tailored solutions across the sector and reflects a blend of deep industry experience and internal progression, enhancing our ability to support clients with complex financing needs.
Three new joiners bring valuable expertise to the team:
Rashid Khan-Gandapur has over 30 years’ experience in residential and commercial property finance across the UK and Europe. With a proven track record in structuring complex development and investment deals, he is well placed to support Arbuthnot’s ambition to deliver tailored finance solutions in a changing real estate landscape
Richard Truett brings more than 15 years’ expertise in real estate and banking. His career includes senior roles at NatWest, spanning relationship management, real estate strategy, and proposition development — equipping him to deliver finance solutions aligned to client needs
Holly Smyth adds strong analytical expertise and sector insight, shaped by her background in economics, underwriting, and portfolio management. Her recent experience at Hampshire Trust Bank, where she specialised in real estate finance, further enhances the team’s ability to support clients effectively.
Arbuthnot Latham is also pleased to announce the promotions of Carla Dujon and Nayan Yadav within the REF team.
