DWF welcomes new finance and restructuring partner in London
DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has announced the appointment of Rory White-Andrews as a partner in its finance and restructuring team.
Rory joins DWF from Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, where he was a senior associate in the restructuring and insolvency team in London. He has also held roles at Allen & Overy and Addleshaw Goddard, and brings a wealth of experience advising insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, bondholders, corporates, directors, private equity sponsors, and other stakeholders on complex restructuring and insolvency matters, as well as more general finance-related transactions, across a broad range of sectors.
Rory’s compelling and distinctive blend of finance, restructuring, and insolvency expertise, combined with his experience working on a wide variety of domestic and cross-border matters, means he is exceptionally well positioned to assist clients throughout the economic cycle.
