Dains launches Business Recovery service in the Midlands with senior appointment
Dains has announced the launch of a new Business Recovery offering in the Midlands, marking a further step in the Group’s strategy to broaden its advisory services and strengthen its national presence.
As part of the launch, the firm has appointed Lee Brocklehurst as business recovery director, based in Dains’ Birmingham office.

Brocklehurst brings more than 25 years’ experience in business recovery, restructuring and insolvency and joins Dains from Quantuma, where he was an appointment taking insolvency practitioner. In his new role, he will lead the development of Dains’ Midlands Business Recovery offering and play a key role in establishing a national service.
Outside of his role at Dains, Brocklehurst is an active member of ACCA and currently serves on its Practice Sector Panel. He also supports the next generation of professionals as a mentor at Birmingham City University, working one-on-one with students seeking insight into specific career paths and industries.
Brocklehurst is also a Trustee and chair of the Risk Committee at the Ikon Gallery, an internationally recognised contemporary art venue and registered educational charity based in Birmingham.
